Dunluce Lodge Hotel

A new hotel development on the North Antrim coast, supporting tourism infrastructure in one of Northern Ireland's most visited destinations.

The Fund provided a £6.00m senior debt facility to fund the development of an upscale 35-bed hotel and spa on a 9.0-acre site adjacent to the Dunluce Road and Royal Portrush Golf Club, just beyond the Portrush town boundary.

The scheme was opened in February 2025 and is operated by Valor Hospitality, a leading global hospitality company, which is working in Northern Ireland for the first time. The scheme was delivered by Links Collection. Links Collection was set up to establish a portfolio of bespoke luxury hotels in key golf destinations, including the Dunluce Lodge.
