Hamilton Dock, Belfast

A landmark hotel and aparthotel in Belfast's Titanic Quarter, delivering 228 rooms under a global brand and supporting the city's growing tourism economy.

The Fund provided a £27.90m senior debt facility to fund the development of a 228-bed hotel/aparthotel under a Marriott franchise agreement located at the Titanic Quarter in Belfast, known as Hamilton Dock Hotel. The scheme is being delivered by the JMK Group, a successful hotel and leisure group operating a chain of branded hotels in UK and Ireland.

The development is of significant scale and well located in Belfast near the Titanic Exhibition and SSE Area. It represents a key strategic project in terms of supporting tourism in the area and addressing market failure in the Belfast hotel market.

The scheme is due to be completed and open in Spring 2026.
