Oakland Aparthotel

Oakland Aparthotel is the first apart hotel in the City and provides the accommodation infrastructure for Belfast to offer a holistic world-class office location for inward investors.

The 10-story 175 bedroom scheme is being developed by Oakland Holdings and will be operated by Room2. It will open in 2023.

The NIIF made a loan of £11.6m million.
