The Ebrington

A £7.25m loan for a new 152-bed hotel in the Ebrington area of Londonderry.

The work involved the refurbishment of the clocktower and five buildings in the former military base, transforming a disused site into a modern boutique hotel serving Londonderry and the surrounding area.
