The Fund has provided a £21.3m loan to Bridges Fund Management and Rok Property to fund the development of a 307-bedroom Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) development in central Belfast.

The development provides a range of high-quality amenities including a gym, yoga studio, games room, TV lounge, meeting rooms, and a podium garden.

Completion was expected in August 2024, ahead of the 2024/25 academic year.
